February 10, 2021

All,

Thank you to everyone that attended at our February 3rd Lunch and Learn with Marty Hazell of the City of Hamilton.  Thank you to Marty for contributing his time and knowledge, as well as to Sylvia Sadowski, City of Hamilton, for all her assistance.  If you missed the Lunch and Learn, Marty’s presentation can be found on our Member Downloads section of the website.

Our next Lunch and Learn will be March 10th, 2021, again from 12 – 1pm (EST).  We are fortunate enough to have Leo F. Longo (Partner, Aird & Berlis, LLP) come and speak with us about recent Zoning topics, including, Legal Non-Conforming matters, Ministers Zoning Orders and Inclusionary Zoning.

Once registered, you will be provided a Zoom connection link closer to March 10th.  This Lunch and Learn will be open for all CACPT Members, but limited to the first 100 registrants.
