Topic

Graham Cubitt, Director of Projects & Development and Dylan Ward, Development Coordinator will be taking participants through Indwell’s successful model of developing affordable and supportive housing which has built homes for over 700 tenants across Southern/Southwestern Ontario. Articulated through lenses of environmental sustainability, social justice, climate resiliency, inclusivity, and pragmatic policy and practice, their presentation aims to bring to light the ways in which the discipline of Planning Technicians may intersect with the housing affordability conundrum, offering solutions and lighthearted commentary along the way.
