CACPT 2024 Conference Schedule

ARRIVAL & PARKING:

If arriving by Train or Bus, entry can be made directly from James Street North. If arriving by car, limited parking spaces are available on the main level, (James Street). Ample additional parking can be found in the lower lot of the Station, (entry point is directly across from 308 John Street North). Once inside the lower level entrance, an elevator is available to access the main floor event space.

8:30am – Conference Doors Open

9:00-9:15am – Opening Remarks

9:15-10:15am – City of Hamilton – “Reimagining Neighbourhoods through the Residential Zones Project” – Alana Fulford & Mallory Smith

10:15-10:30am – Break

10:30-11:30am – Aird & Berlis LLP – “Ontario’s Provincial Planning Statement” – Laura Dean

11:30-12:00pm – CACPT Updates & Announcements

12:00-1:00pm – Lunch Break

1:00-2:00pm – City of Yellowknife – “Northern Planning & Development” – Charlsey White

2:00-2:15pm – Break

2:15-3:15pm – District of Chester – “Charting a Course for Growth” – Paul Riley & Garth Sturtevant

3:15-3:30pm – Closing Remarks
