Submit Membership Applications

You can submit scanned copies of your completed applications using the form on the right. Once the form is submitted, you will be redirected to the Payments page where you can pay your application fee.

Application Fees

$20.00 — Associate
$30.00 — Full
$20.00 — Student to Associate
$30.00 — Associate to Full

If you are a recent graduate, your application fee may be waived.

Notice: The application fees must accompany the application and are non-refundable. These fees are not considered part of your annual association dues.

Attaching Multiple Files

There are three types of attachments that can be included:

  • Membership Application Form (required)
  • Technical Employment Verification Form(s)
  • Diplomas, certificates and transcripts
To attach multiple files, please archive them as a .zip file using any 3rd party program, website, or your built in operating system features.

Creating a .zip file in Windows XP/Vista/7/8.1:

  1. Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
  2. Right-click the file or folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
  3. A new compressed folder is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.
Creating a .zip file in Mac OS X:

  1. Right-click on a file, folder, or files you want to zip
  2. Select “Compress Items"
  3. Find the newly created .zip archive in the same directory

Acceptable file types: doc,docx,pdf,txt,gif,jpg,jpeg,png,zip,rar.
Maximum file size: 2mb.
