To All Members:
There is still time to register for the upcoming Conference on October 17th at the Four Points by Sheraton in London, Ontario, and for your information we will be offering registration at the Conference as well for last minute attendees.
This year is a great topic, “GIS – Emergency Planning & Public Safety” and we have some extremely knowledgeable speakers and panels. It is also a great networking opportunity. Approach your employers and please plan to attend, as it is important to stay connected with your fellow colleagues. There are also sponsorship opportunities available. Again, approach your employer, even for door prizes, it’s a great way to advertise their name. We also have area available for booths in the Public Knowledge Exchange area at the Conference. In addition, there will be lots of prizes given throughout the day, including two large prizes, one for those full members that attend the AGM in the morning and one at the very end of the day.
Merit Award submissions are also being accepted until October 1st. This is a chance for you to display and show off you and your employers work within the industry. I urge you to put forth a submission.
It is OUR day. The one day a year we all get to come together.
