The CACPT is conducting an updated Membership Survey. The last Survey was completed in 2016 and was found to be useful to our individual Members and the Association as a whole. The data will be used to prepare a formal Report that will be provided through our website at a later date.
The Survey is for Full, Associate, Life and our Retired Members and your input would be greatly appreciated.
The responses are anonymous and no one will have access to the identity of individual responders or their IP addresses. As such, it is expected that your answers to questions that require a written response will be worded in a professional manner reflecting our membership standards. Also, please refrain from including any information in your written responses that could be used to identify you.
SurveyMonkey is used to collect data for this survey in order to be consistent for comparison purposes to previous surveys. SurveyMonkey located in the United States of America (U.S.A.), and information collected is stored in the U.S.A. and is subject to the US Patriot Act. However, as noted earlier, this Survey is completely anonymous and neither the CACPT nor SurveyMonkey itself will have the ability to identify individuals or their IP addresses.
We request that you complete the Survey by June 30th, 2021. Please note that the Survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
